More about this piece

Just two woods, dark walnut and cherry, laid out in columns along the board. Within each column the pieces are offset slightly, creating a brick pattern that runs from end to end.
The restrained palette gives the board a quiet, modern look, and the juice groove keeps the counter clean.

Like every board that leaves the workshop, this one started as raw lumber: milled, cut, glued with high-quality adhesives and sanded. The wood was then soaked in mineral oil, sealed with Ledicode board oil (food-safe and VOC-free) and finished with a hard Deylina wax that seals the pores of the wood.

Care: wash by hand with water and mild soap, and dry right away. Not dishwasher safe. Every so often, rub in a thin coat of board oil to keep the wood in good shape for years.
